While much of our team tends to property, my job is to tend to the team. I oversee the onboarding and training and continuing education for all of our team members. I’m also responsible for handling telecommunications and assets for the company. Every day brings new challenges in our operations (think pandemic) and nothing makes me happier than solving problems cheerfully.

I’m a big fan of firsts. Nest DC is the first company that combines my technical, training and customer service skills, I’m the first to have gone to college in my family, the first to own a home and last year my husband and I welcomed our first kiddo, Rosie.
